EcoFlow / Bluetti Portable Power Station products are in high demand so we may not always have sufficient stock at our pick up warehouse in Alberta. Shipping in new stock from Ecoflow / Bluetti distribution hub usually take 2-3 business days.
If you have ordered an item that happens to be out of stock at our pick up location but you have opted for ‘local pick up’ in your order, we will email you to advise the approximate pickup date possible for your order and send you a link to schedule your pickup appointment with us.
If you have opted for ‘complimentary shipping’ in your order, the item will be shipped directly to your provided shipping address. Please note that your shipping address must match your billing address. If you prefer to receive delivery at a different date, please email us once you have placed your order, in order to validate your actual delivery address.
We do our best to update product availability in synchronization with Ecoflow / Bluetti distribution hub inventory. However, at times it may happen that an item is oversold and new stock will take time to arrive. In this case, we will make best efforts to notify you as soon as we humanly can.
